  I have been picking up packages at this location because of its proximity to my business for over a year now. I have ignore consistently bad service for the entire time, however today was appalling. Upon arrival, I notified the attendee that I was here to pick up a package for "ShoeFeature". You would think that after multiple trips to this location, that would go without saying. He returned saying there was none. And asked "are you sure you have a package here?" I gave him the tracking number and after now 11 minutes, he could not locate it. Out of frustration, I asked someone else to help him, and the package was retrieved within 30 seconds. No apology. No acknowledgement of time wasted. No accountability for any error on his part. I just had to wait an additional 2 minutes to sign for my package in order to leave. If this were an isolated incident, I would be understanding. I mean I run a business myself. But consistent bad service? This needs to be addressed and halted immediately.

  My local post office was always jammed and not very pleasant after years of frustration came to UPS in Hallandale...WOW great experience, such a helpful,pleasant and very professional place...owners are right there to assist and give the best advice. Brenda, Oscar and the whole staff are super!!!
