- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Genese. Remember that cashier lady. Very rude, very fake, very unprofessional. She works at the customer service to serve my needs. I went there not for her needs. So my mistake was - I did not say hi, as I was nervous depositing the check for my business knowing only the account number (first time doing that). She had a face expressing how much she hates that job and how much she hates people. So rude, she was talking to me like I am a trash. Literally without letting me say anything she was like “Anythin else? No, have a WONDERFUL day, bye.” Horrible. Definitely will advise my boss to leave WF and look for another bank that treats people right. When I left there the only thing was on my mind as such a b*** and right next second im writing that review.
